WELCOMING YOU BACK TO OUR THEATRES

COVID-19 POLICY

Beginning Friday, August 20, all ticketholders 12 years of age or older are required to show proof of full COVID vaccination for entry into the Orpheum Theatre. “Fully vaccinated” means that a ticketholder’s performance is at least 14 days after their final vaccine dose. Proof of a negative COVID PCR test taken within 72 hours of performance will no longer be accepted for patrons who purchased tickets after August 12, with the exception of children under the age of 12. Children under 12 will continue to be required to show the negative test results of a PCR test taken within 72 hours of performance. Children under 5 are not admitted. All patrons are required to wear masks inside the theatre at all times (except when consuming food or beverage in the lobby or auditorium). Prolonged periods of mask removal are not permitted for eating or drinking—masks must be worn between bites and sips.

To enter the Orpheum Theatre beginning Friday, August 20, please bring a photo ID and one of the following:
• Proof of vaccination - either your physical vaccination card, a picture of your vaccination card, or a digital vaccination record.
• For children between the ages of 5-11: The negative test results of a PCR test meeting the requirements stated above.
• For patrons who purchased tickets prior to Friday, August 13, a negative COVID PCR test taken within 72 hours of performance will be accepted.

For questions about our policy email us at feedback@broadwaysf.com.

TICKETING POLICIES

BroadwaySF has instituted a temporary COVID-19 exchange/refund policy. For tickets purchased on or before December 31, 2021, under the following circumstances, BroadwaySF will permit you to exchange your tickets for the same Event at a later date; or if such exchange is not possible or not practical, e.g., the Event is one performance or limited run, refund your ticket purchase:

• You or someone in your party has tested positive for COVID-19 during the 14-day period preceding the Event;
• You or someone in your party is not feeling well during the 14-day period preceding the Event and has exhibited symptoms consistent with COVID-19; or
• You otherwise feel that you represent a significant transmission risk, e.g., you are caring for someone that has COVID-19 or is not feeling well.

Any such exchange request must be made by contacting Audience Services by phone (888-746-1799) at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the advertised performance time. CLICK HERE for complete terms and conditions.
