RETURNING TO OUR THEATRES

As of February 1, 2022, In accordance with the latest mandate from the City of San Francisco (issued January 27, 2022):

To enter the Golden Gate or Orpheum Theatres:

All ticketholders 12 years of age and older who are eligible must present proof of a vaccination Booster. The Booster requirement is for all individuals who received Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines (eligible after 5 months following completion of the initial Pfizer vaccine series; 6 months for Moderna) or Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine (eligible after 2 months following vaccination). The Booster must have been completed at least one week prior to your scheduled performance.

OR: Patrons who have not yet completed their Booster requirement, their vaccination series, or are unvaccinated: Any ticketholder 12 years of age and older may enter the theatre with a negative COVID-19 test taken within 24 hours (for antigen tests) or 48 hours(for PCR tests) before the scheduled performance time for entry. Self-administered tests are not permitted. Tests must be verified by a third-party provider.

All ticketholders ages 5-11 (or their parents or guardians) must show for each child either proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 Antigen test taken within 24 hours of performance OR a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 48 hours before scheduled performance. COVID-19 Antibody tests are not accepted.

Children under 5 are not admitted.

All ticketholders 18 years of age or older must also bring a photo ID. We accept the following as proof of vaccination — a physical vaccination card, a picture of your vaccination card, or a digital vaccination record.

All patrons, regardless of age, are required to wear masks inside the theatre at all times (except when consuming food or beverage in the lobby or auditorium). Prolonged periods of mask removal are not permitted for eating or drinking - masks must be worn between bites and sips.

TICKETING POLICY

BroadwaySF has instituted a temporary COVID-19 exchange/refund policy. For tickets purchased on or before February 1, 2022, under the following circumstances, BroadwaySF will permit you to exchange your tickets for the same Event at a later date; or if such exchange is not possible or not practical, e.g., the Event is one performance or limited run, refund your ticket purchase:

• You or someone in your party has tested positive for COVID-19 during the 14-day period preceding the Event;
• You or someone in your party is not feeling well during the 14-day period preceding the Event and has exhibited symptoms consistent with COVID-19; or
• You otherwise feel that you represent a significant transmission risk, e.g., you are caring for someone that has COVID-19 or is not feeling well.

Any such exchange request must be made by contacting Audience Services by phone (888-746-1799) at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the advertised performance time. CLICK HERE for complete terms and conditions.

MY FAIR LADY – NOVEMBER 2–28, 2021
THE BAND'S VISIT – JANUARY 11–FEBRUARY 6, 2022

NEW TICKETS FOR THESE PRODUCTIONS WILL BE DELIVERED TO TICKET HOLDERS AT A LATER DATE IN 2021. PLEASE DESTROY YOUR CURRENT 2020 DATED TICKETS. THEY ARE NO LONGER VALID.

 


NEW CURTAIN TIMES!

Performance times for the three rescheduled productions on the 2019–2020 Season (JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, MY FAIR LADY, THE BAND'S VISIT) have been changed to 1:00pm (matinees) and 7:30pm (evenings) to match the new curtain times currently in place for all productions on our upcoming 2021–22 Season.

This change will provide a consistent performance start time across all BroadwaySF shows and the new time will be reflected on the tickets delivered to ticket holders later in 2021.
